This office building is a bracing figure on a standard 60by90’’plot – a bijou for the office landscape of Abu Dhabi. Facilitated with an automatic parking system it is probably the first office building matching the new parking requirements of Abu Dhabi.
Day and night view from west
At the entrance of an urban development area in Abu Dhabi, it is a highly functional yet extraordinary office building. It is accommodating all the parking spaces required by the new ADM rules and still featuring a first-class appearance through an automatic parking system. An ingenious supporting framework intentionally gives the building its iconic zest. A column-free ground & mezzanine floor gives utterance to a progressive visual image.

The high performance glazing with integrated expanded metal is shaping the buildings glimmering appearance, but also saving a part of the buildings energy consumption whereas the natural day light is still diffused into the room. This is very important, because natural day light is a proven factor for a productive and healthy working environment. The complete roof of the building is covered by solar panels for cooling, which is saving another part of the buildings energy consumption.
