With a floor area of nearly 20,000sqm this building meets all the requirements of an advanced working environment and thus reflects the company’s philosophy.
Site plan
A three-storey, L-shaped volume combines all functions of this hybrid. At the same time two cut-out court yards provide natural day light and create additional exterior spaces and lounge areas. The spacious atrium covered with glass serves as a representative lobby and emphasizes the company’s modern and open-minded character. The complete roof of the building is covered by solar panels for cooling, which is saving a major part of the building’s energy consumption.
